The residence is located in Anakasia of the Municipality of Volos. It is characterized as a traditional settlement, with Pelionian houses and old mansions. The dominant materials of the house under study are stone and wood. When designing the spaces, the roof of the building was kept visible in the living area. Regarding the color palette, the lamps, as well as the furniture that have been used give an artistic mood. A sitting area and a barbeque have been created outside the residence and pergolas have been installed, with fans and white cloths for shading. Finally, the planting has been selected and placed to harmonize with the natural environment and the needs of the area.
